REUNION 2005 REGISTRATION FEE: $130.00 Per Person ($150.00 after 15 April)

Includes Hospitality Room, Icebreaker ($10.00 without Reunion Registration), Ceilidh, Association Ball and administrative expenses. All bars are cash bars. Fully paid up members cost $120.00. (Must be a member of record at time of registration)

Thursday, May 12: - Welcome Reception(included in registration fee)

Friday, May 13: - Ceilidh (included in registration fee) Buffet style - will consist of Scottish finger foods and appropriate dishes for a Ceilidh.
****(Ceilidh separately purchased) $55.00

Saturday, May 14: – Association Ball (included in registration fee) The food including Soup will be served and the Steam ship round dinner will be buffet style, with ham, turkey, salmon, etc.

Sunday, May 15: – Free Day - R&R

Monday, May 16: – BBQ (Pay as you go)

We are seeking assistance from anyone and everyone with getting the word out about the next reunion. There are still a lot of our former shipmates who are not connected to the web so a little offline marketing assistance is needed. We request you send a letter (like the sample below) to your local newspaper, or military association newsletter or magazine. Hopefully we can bring some of our offline shipmates aboard for the next reunion.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Dear Sir/Madam:

          I am a member of the Site ONE Holy Loch Scotland Association and was stationed there or served on ships/submarines that operated there during the period 1961 to 1992. We are looking for everyone, military and civilian, that served during this time.

          The association is currently planning a reunion to be held in Dunoon, Scotland from 12 May to 16 May 2005. We want to put a call out for all who served during the period, 1961 to 1992, to help us celebrate this coming event.
